Community of Practice presented at Dietitians of Canada Annual Conference

On June 6, 2019, Rupinder Dhaliwal, Director of Operations MetSC presented "Creating a Community of Practice around diet in primary care: Learnings from The CHANGE Program" at the Canadian Dietetic Foundation for Research showcase.

The session represented the work done with the registered dietitians participating in the CHANGE Program in from the Halton-Peel, Brockton & Amherstview areas of Ontario and Northwest Pacific British Columbia. Click on the abstract to see the larger version.
