Helderleigh Foundation helps develop innovative nutrition toolkit with George Brown College

Researchers from MetSC and the University of Guelph are collaborating with George Brown College’s Food Innovation & Research Studio(FIRSt) to develop innovative materials for their CHANGE Program nutrition toolkit known as NU-CHANGE, thanks to the generous support of the Helderleigh Foundation.

The project will develop nutritious and tasty recipes based on the Mediterranean diet and provide instructional videos to CHANGE Program participants to make healthy eating easier.
