MetSC is proud to support AFHTO physical activity workshop

MetSC is proud to support an upcoming workshop that regards physical activity as an important part of patient care. "Get Moving! Physical Activity for Quality Care" is a one day workshop in Toronto lead by the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario (AFHTO) that helps healthcare teams to encourage patients in moving more, no matter where they are starting from. Attendees can expect a focus on how activity can fit into programs for seniors, mental health, patients with chronic conditions, and well-being in general.

Rupinder Dhaliwal, Director of Operations at MetSC and Dr. Doug Klein, MetSC board member will be attending and presenting.

AFHTO members are welcome to attend this March 7 session. Tickets are $25.
